Americans with Disabilities Act. Claimant indicates she is a partially paralyzed and  
confined to a wheelchair. On December 23, 2018, she was a passenger in a WAVE  
Dial-A-Ride vehicle when she sustained serious injuries as a result of the vehicle operator  
prematurely retracting the lift that caused her to fall over and sustain serious injuries.
