TO CREATE NEIGHBORHOOD INFILL FINANCE
AND TRANSIT IMPROVEMENTS (NIFTI-2) DISTRICTS

Staff recommends that the City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to sign a letter
of support on behalf of the City regarding Senate Bill No. 961 (Allen), to be shared with
appropriate legislators and local stakeholders.

It is recommended that City Council approve an amendment to the Professional Services
Agreement with Rincon Consultants, Inc., originally approved by Council on January 27,
2015 (and amended on September 24, 2015; June 14, 2016; December 16, 2017; April
12, 2017; and September 26, 2017), to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for
the Skechers Design Center and Executive Officers Project to include additional offices
proposed in Manhattan Beach.

RENEWAL OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
FOOD SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT JAIL

with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for Food Services for the police
department jail.
