Staff recommends City Council receive and file the Capital Improvement Program Status Report as of November 10, 2022.

Executive Summary:
In order to provide greater clarity of the City’s ongoing efforts to make accessibility improvements, the Capital Improvement Program Status Report was revised. The report now contains a column titled “ADA Component” to indicate projects that include an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvement. In addition, the “Project Description” column was expanded to contain a description of the ADA improvements.
