The City Clerk recommends that the City Council waive full reading and adopt by title Ordinance No. 19-1395.

Background:
At the September 10, 2019 City Council meeting, staff presented the draft ordinance for Council consideration. Following the public hearing, the City Council introduced the ordinance, on a 4-1 vote with Mayor Armato dissenting, with the following amendments to Section 3 of the ordinance:
1) Subsection A.1. - insert as a new item c. “The application submittal shall include a list of the Uniform Resource Locations (URL) where the property is listed online and the applicant shall keep the list current at all times,” and re-letter the original item c. as item d.
2) Subsection A.3. - insert new text to item m. to read “The owner or...rental permit number, a photograph of the front of the property where the short-term vacation rental unit is located, as well as the number.”
