Background:

I am pleased (and grateful) to finally have good news to report on the status of the City Council minutes backlog, thanks to the City Manager’s office, specifically Assistant to the City Manager Nico De Anda-Scaia, and the able assistance of Human Resources staff members Zoila Sneed and Monica Bagnara, who have been working diligently (as time permits) to help Linda and me complete this monumental (long overdue) task.  It truly does take a village at times, and I really appreciate the helping hands.  I’m also grateful to the City Council, staff and the entire community for extraordinary patience and understanding.  This has been a long struggle, but light is visible now, shining brightly at the end of what had been a very dark, foreboding tunnel.
