It is recommended that City Council waive full reading and adopt by title Ordinance No. 18-1384.

Background:
At the City Council meeting of June 12, 2018, the subject ordinance was presented for Council consideration. Following the public hearing, the Council waived full reading and introduced the draft ordinance by a 3-2 vote (with Armato and Duclos dissenting).
