It is recommended that the City Council waive full reading and adopt by title Ordinance No. 17-1380.

Background:
At the meeting of November 14, 2017, the ordinance was presented to the City Council for consideration. Following the public hearing, the City Council waived full reading and introduced the ordinance by a unanimous vote.
